Synoptics sends automated SMS messages on behalf of its business clients (trade businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies). These messages may include:

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent, either through a web form, inbound text message, or another documented opt-in mechanism. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• In connection with a business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Data Retention

We retain message logs, consent records, and interaction data for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA recordkeeping requirements and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to these legal retention obligations by contacting us at the address below.
